Phil Caruso

Phil Caruso joined BICC in 1978 as the advisor to Bank of A. Levy Trust Department accounts. He became president in 1984.

Mr. Caruso graduated from Arizona State University in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Market Technicians Association (MTA).

Mr. Caruso serves as Commissioner and Chairman for the Santa Paula Housing Authority. 

Mr. Caruso is married to his college sweetheart, has three children and four grandchildren. Spare time is spent in his woodworking shop making furniture.

Bankers Investment Andy Killion

Andrew "Andy" Killion joined BICC in 2019 as Vice President with over 15 years' experience with leading Ventura County investment firms.

He serves on the advisory board of VC Caregivers, Volunteers Assisting the Elderly. He founded the annual “VC Caregivers Sailathon” in 2002.

He and his son Jack walked the Northern route of the Camino de Santiago in Spain in 2013.

He graduated from The California Maritime Academy in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Intermodal Transportation.

Andy is also an Accredited Marine Surveyor and is a member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors.

Andy is a 6th generation resident of the Santa Barbara/Ventura area and lives in Ventura with his wife Tina, daughter Carly and son Jack.
