Phil and Linda Caruso

In Loving Memory of Phil Caruso who passed on March 3, 2022

Phil Caruso joined BICC in 1978 as the advisor to Bank of A. Levy Trust Department accounts. He became president in 1984.

Mr. Caruso graduated from Arizona State University in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He was a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Market Technicians Association (MTA).
Mr. Caruso served as Commissioner and Chairman for the Santa Paula Housing Authority. 

Mr. Caruso was married to his college sweetheart Linda, and they have three children and four grandchildren. Phil loved to spend his spare time in his woodworking shop making furniture. Or helping Linda run her small cow/calf herd.
